6. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, transmit, or share through the Services.

By uploading content, users confirm that:

  • They own the content or possess necessary rights;

  • The content does not violate laws or third-party rights;

  • The content is not deceptive, abusive, or unlawful.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, restrict, or remove content at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, Boldon LLC shall not be liable for:

We do not guarantee:
